Probus Club of Darwin Inc. is non-profit and non-sectarian. It is non-fundraising. It's objectives are to stimulate thought, interest and participation in activities at a time of life when it is easy to become complacent and self centred.

MEETING
The club meets on the first Wednesday of each month at the Tracy Village Social and Sports Club, 28 Tambling Terrace, Lyons, NT. The December meeting is replaced by the Christmas Function and no meeting is held in Janusry.
The meetings start at 10.30 am. and comprise a short meeting and brief reports on past and upcoming events followed by a break for morning tea.
After the break we have a guest speaker who delivers a presentation on their field of interest.
The topics are always interesting and varied.
The meetings finish at 12:30pm and members can dine at the bistro on the premises.

VISITORS
Our meetings are always open to visitors interested in seeing how our club works, and potentially becoming members.

ACTIVITIES
The Club organizes a range of activities for members to participate in and meet new friends or continue established friendships.

MEMBERSHIP
The joining fee payable by a new member on admission to the club is determined by the Committee each year. The annual subscription payable by members is due on the lst April each year after determination by the Committee.

Insurance covers members, visitors and guests whilst attending or participating in a recognised Probus activity function or meeting (age restrictions may apply)(prior conditions may be taken into considerations).
